yupp im back. i will keep my first post short cos its rather late now ya?haha its gd to sleep early and wake up early ya ^^ Attended the first track training today.The girls were asked to join in the short d guys training.Drills were alright and manageable cos recovery time for the sprinting part was way too long.But the problem was that with the long recovery time, i didnt perform well too. hmm but i am neither a short d nor a sprinter.. friday training again. think will be doing long d training. hopefully can follow up. i am working for next year x-try. i need that long amount of time to build up,or just to reach my previous standard. i just seen swift x-try record.there is a possibility that even with all hardwork put in,i may simply still be the last la.don talk about top 40.totally out of reach.BUT,if i don try at all,there will only be regrets.don want that,ve enough regrets in life. like not appealing..ok thats digression. anyway,i hope the motivation will last me throughout the 9 months.will be drawing it from my idol mr sQuek and thomaslorrrrr.ya and allanT as well,thou i dunno his well but i respect those who possessed strong qualities in both running and academics. alright..gotta sleep.sleeping early is actually part of building up your body as well.its true.. nights =)Labels: x-try
