i tired my best for the class, 问心无愧，不得圆满，再所难免.

I wont dare to boldly say i wont choose this school but will go for the one in BV, esp reading some blogs from the sch.. But i guess in every school, there bound to have many different kinds of ppl, just a matter of will we bump into them. Im glad i didnt really bump into those that will give me a big culture shock here in my very humble sch. Haha. But i guess next yr i have got no choice.. Since we only have 3 local unis. boo.

For now, treasure every moment,no matter the good or the bad! =)

As we grow up, it is getting hard to stay true to oneself. When dealing with the complexity in the demands of life, we are tested again and again. Each time strengthening our beliefs, or drifting further away from it. The other side may look glamorous and appealing, but it is not necessary for our own good.

Don get swayed, stay true!

Go click the link on the tagboard.. And listen to their story.. esp my idol =p The issue of foreign talent never ends. You can see how immature some people are in their thoughts. I shall offer my 2cents here.

I think it is alright for any one to rep the country that they choose. It is perfectly normal and an
imperative for a sports person to seek opportunity for themselves in order to perform at the
world's stage. Thats only nature right? If the other side offers you better chances to bring out
the best in you, you ought to be doing yourself justice by going to the other side. Moreover, i don think that monetary rewards are their main motivation. It is the desire to want to discover and
tap on the potential that has been bestowed to them. It is hard for non sports person to understand the sports spirit involved. And thats why the nosiest one is always the one that
misunderstand the most. Not that i'm someone who have experienced in all its full glory, but the 9 years of sports struggles have enabled me to taste a wee bit of what is sports all about.

Embracing challenges, overcoming obstacles, defeating inadequacy, achieving the impossible.

But well i didnt fulfill it all.. Come again, here goes the old fashion words, is that i will do it again,
and be better off. Thus i will definitely let my children learn sports!!! hahaha and music too. table tennis, badminton, x-ctry, swimming, violin, piano, cello. hmmm looks like i must have a lot
of children then? -.-

so in conclusion, if the reason for one to rep another country is in pursuit of better personal
sports well-being, it is acceptable... However, in the case whereby dollars are the ones powering this move, it is morally unjustifiable. Yes if given a choice, they will definitely choose to rep their
own country, but that doesn't mean that they will anyhow choose to rep a country if they cant identify with it. If ppl are criticizing these sports person, so are they going to accuse all the other
emigrants? And must we be so selfish to condemn one's chance of achievement because they are "not good enough" to rep their home country but good enough for the other? Citizens of the
home country shd be glad to see ppl of their origins able to shine in other countries. If there are some sour feelings, why don't you look back why have you not given them the chance to do so in
the first place? And perhaps you should be chuckling that it is "your ppl" who have helped to achieve the glory.

Oh he won 100M butterfly by the tiniest possible margin, 0.01! His competitor was a gold medalist for 99.9M, but too bad, Phelps is the real winner at the hundred!

Haha..He really knows how to win. Incredible.

its prelims... but i am watching olympics EVERYDAY! =D

haha its no joke.. not going to do well for prelim anyway,so nvm i guess. today clit paper was a BLAST, i never do a ten marks question. hurray!

anyway! i hope you have caught the table tennis match b/w singapore and N.Korea ya? It was such a exciting game! I only managed to watch Wong Yue Gu and Feng Tian Wei singles.

FENG TIAN WEI is simply amazing! She 's only 22 years old, but already world number 6! She has got a great future in front of her! She exuded a cool composure that subdued me totally! And i admire her steady mental mind when competing with the N.korean. Wow.

So singapore can finally change her mantra. We have been going like "When can we get our first medal after independence?" for years, but now we will be saying "When can a Singaporean get our first medal?". haha.. I'm not discriminating foreign sports players, but i guess it is a wish of all singaporeans to see and a totally Made In Singapore sports player standing proud on the olympic podium. Nevertheless, catch the final on sunday, althought it will be a China vs Chinaed- Singapore. hoho..

Anyway, meet my pri sch fren in JE today. woah, like one year didnt see you, mr Koh SH?? Who ask u alway not free during gathering lar..
