First day of work at call center today! I will say it is a brand new experience. My job is to call up people, just if they are doing IT related jobs, and then invite them to an IT forum. There is target de leh. Everyday must have a total activities of 150,meaning the no. of calls. Out of that, 50 are to be Direct Maker Contact(DMC), meaning those that are indeed doing IT related jobs,but either dunno your forum,not interested or undecided. Then among the 50, 15 are to be Conversion(CO),meaning they are registered to come for the forum through me.

Stress eh. Targets.. Then we will need to update 3 times a day on a "score board",so u can see how much ure leading or lagging behind. But its quite lucrative ba..6 bucks per hour.Hope i meet my target and don get fired. ahaha.

Any1 wanna join? Its at science park drive. Looks like gotta slog for hols as well. Tranings 1,3,5,den gotta rush for work til 6pm every weekday.. So..can only book me on weekends le. Hee. IF ANY LA. lols.
