You seldom see me blogging so infrequently eh? But the fact is i'm online appearing offline almost everyday.

Its only tues and i'm tired, what worse with YOG on tml and thur. Sg better win the bid.

I have to miss trainings as a result >< Just when i am a little more enthu about trng and seeing some minor improvements. Every training and every drill count. This year X-Try route is quite a disaster. It has been changed to CCAB/Botanical Garden for no apparent reason. It has transformed into a X-Terrain race in my opinion. Quoting from a vjc coach, ".. have forest,track,pavement,bitumen,steps,red bricks !"(and etc) Seriously,it is a bad choice of venue,just our luck to get such a place for this year race.

Hope to see who i want to see on sat.. ^.^
