Did some ushering work at RP for sth called Character and Citizenship Conference. I think it is rather weird for them to employ jjc ppl to do ushering at a place so foreign to us. As a result, some of us got blasted for not knowing the directions.. rahhh not all teachers are understanding..
The GOH was a very big shot who seldom make public appearance, whose designation was
Director-General of Education. Well the organisers that i interacted with were all quite apprehensive about her. Even as i observed her on the stage from far, she exult the forbidding feeling. The audiences, which are the teachers and principals fr various schs, behaved just like the way students are. haha. The DGE got a little piss off when the technical error occurred during her presentation and i think everyone was nervous then. haha.
BUT! wow! I manage to have a very CLOSE and unknowing interaction with her. Lols! As the crowd dispersed to proceed to their various destinations, we went to eat at the refreshment area set up for the VIP. yeele was in front of me then. I suddenly see her becoming uptight and the next moment a group of ppl brushed through me. At then my mouth was almost full of food and the DGE actually pat on the shoulders and said Hi! Hi!
O.O lol! I didnt recognise who the person was and was too stunned to reply her anything. But the ppl around DGE was all staring at me! Perhaps for my unglam behavior and disrespectful. Ehh i was just too shock to react. so the DGE can be nice too! haha =)
Then later i rushed back home and went for the sports camp.. To me it simply wasnt up to my expectation la. Too inefficient and ill-organised. Waste of my twenty bucks. Perhaps it only serve to create more rivalry b/w sport teams la. This is not the way to inspire. And it is simply too late.
TODAY! THE RACE GOT CANCELLED!!! agrrrrrr... Supposedly my 1st race of the year lar.. It was raining too heavily. We were drenched and soaked up b4 reaching the place. It is being pushed to fri, but the sch is pulling out. oh well..
nevertheless, sth still make my day =) I SAW MY 2 IDOLS! mrQuek and allan. lols. Managed to talk to mrQ b4 i left the place. yayy he still recognise me. haha.. anyway, beside mgs and rjc, he is coaching RV now too!!! arggg why why why. JEALOUS! lol.. But looking at my current state, i don deserved such a good teacher ba..
Current injury: shin pain. Agrr
Time just flies. Money too. Inflation! ><
