I think it is alright for any one to rep the country that they choose. It is perfectly normal and an
imperative for a sports person to seek opportunity for themselves in order to perform at the
world's stage. Thats only nature right? If the other side offers you better chances to bring out
the best in you, you ought to be doing yourself justice by going to the other side. Moreover, i don think that monetary rewards are their main motivation. It is the desire to want to discover and
tap on the potential that has been bestowed to them. It is hard for non sports person to understand the sports spirit involved. And thats why the nosiest one is always the one that
misunderstand the most. Not that i'm someone who have experienced in all its full glory, but the 9 years of sports struggles have enabled me to taste a wee bit of what is sports all about.

Embracing challenges, overcoming obstacles, defeating inadequacy, achieving the impossible.

But well i didnt fulfill it all.. Come again, here goes the old fashion words, is that i will do it again,
and be better off. Thus i will definitely let my children learn sports!!! hahaha and music too. table tennis, badminton, x-ctry, swimming, violin, piano, cello. hmmm looks like i must have a lot
of children then? -.-

so in conclusion, if the reason for one to rep another country is in pursuit of better personal
sports well-being, it is acceptable... However, in the case whereby dollars are the ones powering this move, it is morally unjustifiable. Yes if given a choice, they will definitely choose to rep their
own country, but that doesn't mean that they will anyhow choose to rep a country if they cant identify with it. If ppl are criticizing these sports person, so are they going to accuse all the other
emigrants? And must we be so selfish to condemn one's chance of achievement because they are "not good enough" to rep their home country but good enough for the other? Citizens of the
home country shd be glad to see ppl of their origins able to shine in other countries. If there are some sour feelings, why don't you look back why have you not given them the chance to do so in
the first place? And perhaps you should be chuckling that it is "your ppl" who have helped to achieve the glory.
